Incident Response & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Platform
Ownable Claim
Reliability Across Every Stack
Reader-facing claim
Find root cause when the truth lives between tools.
Shift
Engineering orgs increasingly run hybrid reality—multiple clouds, Kubernetes plus legacy infrastructure, and constantly changing services—while reliability work still gets organized and purchased in platform-specific silos. The durable market shift is that “which stack are you on?” is no longer the governing constraint; teams need an operating layer that can answer “what’s failing?” across the whole estate. This moves incident response from platform-bound playbooks and scattered context-gathering to a unified, repeatable investigation system that spans every environment they actually operate today.
Visual World
The world below is a conceptual lens — a source of visual and structural ideas for rendering the ownable claim and carrying it with ease and grace.
The Faultline Map
A dark, technical landscape where failures reveal themselves through seams, fractures, and hidden connections.

Not a dashboard. Not a command center. Not a generic AI copilot.

A faultline map: layered, distributed, and precise. The visual world should show complex systems not as clean boxes, but as overlapping strata — tools, services, changes, dependencies, and handoffs — where the important signal appears at the intersection points.

The feeling is: the system finally explains itself.

Visual reference
Hidden failure paths rendered as operational evidence — the visual language of cross-stack investigation, correlation, and root cause.

What these references share
The shared language is not “observability glow” or generic cloud infrastructure. It is correlation under pressure: fragments becoming evidence, scattered signals becoming a path, noise resolving into an explanation.

The strongest visual cue is the seam. A seam is where systems meet — and where failures often hide.
Why it’s right for Wildmoose
Wildmoose is not trying to out-dashboard observability vendors. Its strength is that it starts from a more realistic picture of incident response: the root cause is often not sitting neatly inside one tool.

The Faultline Map makes that specialty visible. It turns Wildmoose into the system that finds the break across the seams.
Graphic Motif
The Evidence Path
Evidence path
Evidence path — a thin investigation line moving through the incident field
Investigation line
Investigation line — a boundary crossing from alert surface to root cause
A thin, illuminated investigation line that moves across layers and resolves into a root-cause point. The evidence path can appear as a line crossing multiple tool/system layers, a highlighted seam where several signals converge, a root-cause node formed from scattered fragments, a before/after diagram from alert chaos to next action, or a repeated UI element that signals “this is the path through the incident.” It should feel like investigation, not decoration. The motif is not AI magic. It is evidence becoming actionable.
Copy — reader-facing, use as shown
A. Find root cause when the truth lives between tools.
B. Turn scattered telemetry into one investigation path.
C. Incident response for the seams in your stack.
D. From alert noise to evidence-backed next action.
E. Your monitoring tools show the alert. Wildmoose finds the path through it.
F. Built for incidents that don’t live in one dashboard.
Five panels
01
Primary scene
A layered system landscape on a dark technical ground. A single illuminated evidence path crosses tools, recent changes, and handoffs until it resolves at root cause.
02
Seam detail
Close-up on the place where two systems meet: logs, deploys, service ownership, and Slack context converge into one visible break.
03
Operational diagram
Alert → context → change event → owner handoff → root cause → next action shown as one repeatable investigation system.
04
Typographic treatment
“Find root cause when the truth lives between tools.” set across a faultline map at poster scale.

01
The Truth Lives in the Seams
Why modern incidents are rarely explained by one alert, one dashboard, or one tool.
02
Your Monitoring Vendor Can’t See the Handoff
How context gets lost between tools, teams, changes, and ownership boundaries.
03
From Telemetry to Evidence
The difference between more signals and an investigation path teams can actually trust.
04
Reliability Across Every Stack
Why heterogeneous infrastructure requires an investigation layer that is not bound to any one platform.
