Term & expiration
This agreement begins on the date of signing and remains in effect until all deliverables under the attached Statement of Work have been completed or the engagement is terminated per the terms below.
Fees & payment
Client agrees to pay the fees set out in the Statement of Work (Exhibit A). A deposit of 30% is due upon signing. Provider will not schedule work until the deposit is received. Remaining balance is due per the schedule stated in Exhibit A.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables produced under this agreement become the sole property of the Client. Provider retains the right to display work in its portfolio.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed prior to termination is billable at the applicable day rate. The deposit is non-refundable.
